Diana began to follow the path to the edge of the forest, her heart full of confusion. For all she knew now, it was like entering a world with no way out. But thinking of Ethan, thinking of his lovely smile, she dismissed those vague thoughts and walked steadily forward.
The further she walked, the farther Diana felt the path leading to the forest became even farther. Suddenly, Diana stopped. Intuition told her something was wrong. A chill went down her spine as if someone was staring at her.
